How fast can I get into a rental?
We require a 4 hour renters window---meaning any vehicle rented Before 2pm will be ready by 6pm! Any vehicle rented after 3pm will be for the following date at your earliest convenience starting at 8am.
Do you require a security deposit?
YES. All Vehicles require a security deposit of $100 upon renting!
What payment methods do you accept?
At the moment Cash App, Apple Pay, or Cash ONLY at this time. (Any other forms of payment please ask. We are flexible and may consider)
We do not accept Zelle, or Paypal.
What if I want to extend my rental?
You can always extend your rental for more time. Please let us know By 11pm of The night before your rental is to be returned,
Will I need insurance?
We insure all of our cars. Don't worry about insurance. We got you covered.
How old do you have to be to rent?
All renters must be 21 years of age or older.
Do I need to refuel to a full tank?
re-Fuel car to at least half a tank before returning please.
What if I damage the car?
Any damage to the car you should contact us IMMEDIATELY. Please don't hesitate.
Can I travel outside of city limits?
NO. The vehicle is to stay within city limits and surrounding counties. Any vehicle traveled outside of the surrounding counties or the state is in a breach of the contract. Your security deposit will not be refunded.
Can I use the car for gig work?
Of course! You are authorized to use this car for personal leisure and business purposes, including gig work like DoorDash, Uber, Amazon flex etc. Please ensure the vehicle is driven safely, legally, and is not used for any illegal activity.
Are there mileage restrictions?
Your mileage is unlimited! (Long as it is within city/ surrounding county limits)
Do you perform background checks?
YES. While we do believe in second chances, Background checks will be performed before renting any of our vehicles. We reserve the right to refuse service.
Why AM I being tracked?
As a safety protocol, we have installed GPS trackers to ensure the safety of our vehicles. we Value and respect your privacy. We are not watching you. For any reason at all if any tracker is removed from the vehicle it is an automatic breach of the contract. The car is to be returned immediately and or repossessed.
