We at J&J Rentals feel that everyone deserves reliable

transportation and a chance to make money! We are happy to earn your business.

Vehicle Documentation: Before and After your trip please document the vehicle's interior and
exterior condition with pictures and videos. It will protect you from being held accountable from
any damage you did not cause. If an incident occurs during your trip please contact us
IMMEDIATELY.

Insurance Coverage: Insurance coverage is provided on all rental vehicles. We’ve got you
covered.

Cleanliness: Kindly ensure the vehicle is kept clean and returned in a clean condition at the
end of the rental. If the car is returned unclean it will result in the security deposit not being
refunded. Please keep the car clean.

Refueling Vehicle: Vehicles will be delivered with a full tank of fuel and are required to be
returned with a full tank of fuel. Returning the car on half or E will result in the security deposit
not being refunded.

Smoking Policy: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in our vehicles. This includes
cigarettes, cigars, vapes, marijuana, or any other smoking products. If smoking is detected, the
security deposit will not be refunded.

Vehicle Mileage & Tracking: All vehicles have unlimited mileage within city limits and surrounding counties. All vehicles are GPS tracked for security purposes and the safety
of the vehicles. 

Any travel out of state and or surrounding county limits is a breach of contract and security deposit will not be refunded.

Vehicle Return Policy: All vehicles must be returned to the original pickup location at the
agreed-upon return time. A 30-minute grace period is provided Once the vehicle is returned. if in
the same condition as provided, the security deposit will be released after inspection. Please
allow up to 24 hours for the condition review. If the vehicle is not returned within this time frame
and no signed extension is in place, the vehicle is considered late and the security deposit will not be refunded. The vehicle will then be repossessed. If the vehicle cannot be
repossessed or contact cannot be made to release the vehicle, The police will be contacted and
the vehicle will be reported as stolen. Your security deposit will NOT be refunded.

Rental Extensions: If you plan to extend your rental, please contact us via email or text by 11pm the night before your rental is to end the following date..
A new rental agreement with the updated dates and times will be emailed to
you. payment must be paid in full and the new rental agreement must be signed and emailed back for the extension to be valid. any extension request made after said time will not be upheld. please return the car at its original return time.
